This list does not include dozens of less popular tools I use or have tried. In case of doubt, ask. Either I know it, it's easy to learn or I won't work with it. In any case I'll be fully transparent with you.
How much will it cost? Is it worth it?
My base rate is 150€/h (or the equivalent in your currency).
It's not cheap, but you'll get clean, working code and designs, well structured and documented. You'll get what you asked (and paid) for. Simple, fast and reliable.

FAQs
Why am I doing this?
I've been working on a startup for the past 2 years (calimana.com) and it's my way to help finance the project.
Will this service always be available?
No. The moment the startup is generating enough to cover the expenses for the whole team, I'll dedicate myself full-time to that and will stop offering my services.
Can I work in another language?
Yes, I'm fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
What's your availability?
I can offer around 10-20h per week assuming I have no projects going on. My working timezone is Central European Time but most of the work will be async, so this won't be a problem.
How much does it cost?
My rate is 150€/h. And although estimating a project is hard, I'll give you a fixed price and guarantee the output. If things get complex or I need more time, I won't charge for it.
How long will it take?
Once the total hours are estimated, you'll get a time estimate. I usually work about 2h-3h per day on these projects, so most of them are delivered in 1 - 2 weeks. For longer projects (or if adding a boost) I can double or triple the time spent each day.
What changes can I ask for during the review period?
In general, simple, cosmetic changes, bug fixes (if any) or
anything that takes minutes, not hours. When I submit a
project for review I make sure that it checks all the
requirements, so usually revisions are minor and fast.
In
case you realize on the spot that you need something extra (up
to 5h of work), usually I can do it straight away at my normal
rate. If it requires more time, we'll need to start the
process with a new project.
